How do I set up my profile?
Updated
Once your application is approved, the next step is to complete and polish your TeachMe.To coach profile. This profile is what Students use to decide whether to book with you, so completing it fully and thoughtfully is key to attracting your first clients.
You can manage everything in the Coach App or on the coach dash at app.teachme.to.
1. Download the Coach App
Use the links below to install the official Coach App:
iPhone: https://tmtl.ink/apple
Android: https://tmtl.ink/android
Once installed, log in with the phone number on your coach account. We text you a one-time code, so you don’t need a password. If the text does not arrive, tap Email it instead. On a computer, log in to the coach dash at app.teachme.to.
Your business brand
The same Coach App supports CoachGrow, MusicGrow, TutorGrow, and TrainerGrow. Your selected teaching profile controls the brand shown inside the app. Music profiles show MusicGrow. Academic and language tutors show TutorGrow. Personal training profiles show TrainerGrow. Sports profiles show CoachGrow. Switch profiles to see the matching brand. Your account and subscription stay the same.
2. Open Your Profile
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap TeachMe.To profile.
This page lists every part of your profile. A ring shows how complete your profile is. Tap any row to edit it. You can change these details at any time.
3. Fill In Each Section
About you
- Profile title and Bio: make them friendly, professional, and unique to your teaching style.
- Photos and videos: add a clear headshot and photos or videos of you teaching. They share one grid. The first tile is your HERO, the first photo or video on your marketplace listing. Tap and hold a tile to reorder it, or open its menu and tap Make hero.
- Intro video: introduce yourself to students with a short video. It is the video students see first. In the Coach App, open Photos and videos and tap Set intro video. If you have no videos yet, tap Upload a video to pick one from your library, or tap Record a video. If you already have videos, select one and tap Save as intro video, or tap Upload intro video or Record intro video. If the app asks for camera access, allow it. Record in portrait mode and speak directly to the camera. Keep your video about 30 to 60 seconds long. To replace your intro video, tap Change intro video.
- Highlights and Certifications: add awards, competitive results, certifications, or years of experience.
- Coaching style, Who you teach, and Languages: tell students what to expect.
- Reviews: your reviews appear here after students book with you.
