How do I offer more than one lesson length in a package?

You can sell one package at more than one lesson length. For example, offer 60, 90, and 120 minute lessons in one package. Students see one package card and pick the length they want.

How to add lesson lengths

1. Open What I sell.
2. Tap Manage beside Private Lessons (In Person).
3. In Custom packages, tap Add package, or open a package you already sell.
4. Under Lesson length, tap each length you teach, like 60 min and 90 min.
5. Set the Price per lesson ($) for each length. The lengths show shortest first.
6. Tap Save changes. For a new package, tap Create lesson package.

With the older navigation, open My CoachSite, Edit, Private Lessons, then Manage.

How prices work

• A new length gets a starting price at the same hourly rate as your shortest length.
• This starting price is rounded to whole dollars. For example, 60 minutes at $65 gives 90 minutes at $98.
• You can type any price for each length.
• You enter group prices once, for your first length.
• The other lengths get group prices in proportion to their price per lesson.

What every length shares

All lengths in a package share the same settings. These include the name, description, photos, locations and fees, what's included, and checkout settings. A change to these settings applies to every length.

Manage the package

• What I sell shows the package once, with all its lengths and its lowest price.
• Tap Options on the package to see its settings. Show on your site, Move up, Move down, and Delete apply to every length.
• Duplicate copies one length only.
• To go back to one length, tap the other lengths to clear them. At least one length always stays selected.
• If a save fails, you see an error. The editor then shows what is saved. Check the package and save again.

Where this does not apply

Memberships, private packages, free consultations, and Smart pricing packages keep one lesson length. You can't add more lengths to them.
