What are packages and lesson packs?

On TeachMe.To, you set one hourly rate. Your rate is the only price your profile needs to go live.

Lesson packs on TeachMe.To

• When students book you, they can buy a single lesson or a pack of lessons.
• TeachMe.To sets the pack sizes, and the student price is based on your rate. You do not set up packs.
• A bigger pack costs the student less per lesson.
• You are paid your rate for every lesson you teach. A lesson from a pack pays the same as a single lesson.
• Lessons a student paid for and has not scheduled are prepaid lessons. The student schedules them with you. Prepaid lessons are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Packages you create yourself

• Packages you build yourself are part of CoachGrow. Examples are a package with your own number of lessons and your own price, or a membership.
• CoachGrow is a separate, optional set of tools for growing your own coaching business. It includes your own coaching site, where your own students book you directly.
• CoachGrow is free for 21 days, then $19 a month.
• If you add a package, you can see a screen that asks you to activate your CoachGrow website. You do not need to activate it to go live on TeachMe.To.

Manage your rates and packages

1. Open Profile in the Coach App.
2. Under Teaching setup, tap Rates & packages.
3. Choose TeachMe.To for students who find you through TeachMe.To.

If you have a CoachSite, choose CoachSite to manage its rates and packages on the web.

Before you switch pricing modes, a confirmation lists the packages students will see and those that become hidden. The change also affects packages you can send when inviting a student. Existing purchases stay unchanged.

Invite your students

Tap Invite on the app home screen, or open Students and tap Invite. If you teach multiple skills, choose the profile you want to share.

Without a CoachSite, Invite opens your TeachMe.To profile link and QR code. Share or copy the link so the student can choose and book lessons.

With a CoachSite, you can:

• Send your CoachSite so students choose what to book.
• Send a particular package so a student receives a package payment link.
• Add a student with prepaid lessons to record lessons they already paid you for outside the platform. The student can schedule those lessons without another charge.

Students who already book you through TeachMe.To continue buying lessons through TeachMe.To.

TeachMe.To does not charge you to list your profile or to bring you students.
