As an advanced player my main goal is to improve YOUR style. Pinpoint the inconsistencies in YOUR game and make small adjustments as we drill. Footwork and ball positioning are a major focus. The speed at which we drill will be important to make sure you’re tuning your craft.

What do coaches say I need to bring to my lesson?

J

Coach Joshua

To prepare for your tennis lesson, ensure you are well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day and eat a light meal or snack about an hour before. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper tennis shoes, and check that your racket is in good condition. Pack essentials such as a water bottle, towel, and any personal items like a hat or sunscreen. Do some light stretching or a brisk walk to start warming up your muscles before arriving at the court. Something else I like to suggest is to mentally review any notes from previous lessons and set specific goals for the session to maximize your training.
