Working with kidsI incorporate fun games and activities that the kids enjoy while still helping them improve their technique. I make sure to change up the “boring” drills often so that they stay motivated and focused.

Working with teenagersI make sure to create a strong connection with the players, not just as a coach but even as a friend. I also make sure to ask the players what they would like to work on during the lesson, I notice students often have something in mind that they want to work on the most.
