Had an absolute blast with Coach Vital. His energy is infectious, and he really knows how to push you to your best. Coach Vital is really good and really knows his stuff. He broke down the forehand technique in a way that totally made sense, and by the end of the session, I was hitting way more consistently. Plus, the drills were a blast – challenging but fun. Totally recommend!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonForm the basics. Hand feeding and short court serving whilst gradually backing up.
Lesson 11+Advanced drilling. Intense footwork with drills. Point play. Live ball drilling.
Lesson 4-10Rally drills then point play. Then more advance drills for strokes and serve.
Lesson 2-3Solidify technique with basket fed balls from across the court. Footwork technique. Rally incorporations. Full serving from baseline
