Beginner training plan
Your first lessonForm the basics. Hand feeding and short court serving whilst gradually backing up.
Lesson 11+Advanced drilling. Intense footwork with drills. Point play. Live ball drilling.
Lesson 4-10Rally drills then point play. Then more advance drills for strokes and serve.
Lesson 2-3Solidify technique with basket fed balls from across the court. Footwork technique. Rally incorporations. Full serving from baseline
