About your basketball coach
Hello my name is Tiras Morton. I played five years of college basketball with experience at the Juco and D2 level. I recently finished my first year playing professionally overseas, and was fortunate enough to win MVP and Defensive MVP of my league. I want to help the youth and give back as much as I can while I am home during the offseason. I’m an open book. So I will be able to assist you with questions about college or overseas basketball.

Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFirst we will get a feel for the clients game, and go over the fundamentals. (Dribbling,Shooting,Passing)
Training 2-3If first session was pretty easy we will move to more complex drills still working the fundamentals though.
Training 4-10This is where we starting doing “Bag Work”. Bag work is a term used in basketball that shows a player's collection of offensive skills and moves that they can use to score against a defender. We will be working on Pace, foot placement, and body movements.
Training 11+We will keep stacking on what we have built as well as work on any other skills, the client would like to improve on.
