"Oh, I’d say the lesson was quite helpful, really, we worked through when to use line or cross shots, plus some focus on my forehand and backhand ground strokes. Though I’d like to get more practice on my serve and volleys at the net, the work on adding power to my serve felt quite useful. I actually didn't like tennis much when I first started at 8 years old - I'd swing, look around for the ball and find it stuck in the throat of my racquet. The lessons with kids depends on their age group. A lesson with a child 5-8 will likely be fun 😃 and focused on developing general athletic activities: hand-eye coordination 👋🏽balance ⚖️, and movement 🏎️In later stages 8-12 we will focus on some general development with a focus on playing games similar to an actual tennis play or match♟️.These lessons can vary based on the focus, intensity, and discipline of the child.
