Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI get right to it and try to get the player hitting and rallying as soon as possible - the fun factor! I teach how to start a rally, how and where to toss the ball, swing path, angle of the racket and speed of the swing.
Lesson 4-10Once the forehand and backhand are somewhat established, with grip changes, I will start to teach the serve and eventually volley.
Lesson 2-3I start getting more technical, make sure I cover the back hand and move into grips.
