I found Joshua's lesson quite solid, especially in terms of working on flexibility, which I hadn't really paid much attention to before. Though, itās not like it was a revelation or anything, but still, I felt like I learned a few useful stretches and movements that I've started to incorporate. No big surprises, but Iām hopeful about applying what I learned and building on it in future lessons. Still, if you're after a practical approach that gently improves your game, it might be worth giving Joshua a try.
