Your first lessonThe first lesson will mainly be focused on assessing the skills level of the players and identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
Lesson 11+Players will slowly grow their skills on the court as lessons progress.
Lesson 4-10Once fundamentals have been adequately learned, the lesson will shift towards working on specific weaknesses and techniques on the court.
