Aloha friends! I’m Mikey and I’m just a dude that has been surfing for 30 years now. I started as a teen to be cool and win over the cute girls. I never got the cute girl but I did quickly became obsessed with surfing. Surfing is my life and I’m a surfer. I love to share the stoke of surfing! It’s the most exhilarating and rewarding sport. Actually, I would call surfing a lifestyle. I hope to meet y’all and teach you how to catch a bunch of waves and to appreciate the beauty of the ocean. I have extensive experience as a private surf coach in Southern California and in Central Florida. I am an Orange County California native who has been surfing since grade school and can teach all levels, from beginners who have never surfed before to intermediate surfers who are looking to hone their skills. I am fully certified as an advanced Lifesaver (with all the requisite knowledge) and worked as a junior lifeguard in Orange County when I was in high school and college.

"We booked this experience last minute (day before on a whim, and we couldn't have asked for it to be any better! David was absolutely fantastic and had both our kids (ages 5 and 9) comfortable on a surf board very quickly. They were both able to stand up and surf (not every time, but both at least once!) and just really had a blast trying it out. Communication and scheduling was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend trying a lesson!
