I’ve played soccer for the past 22 years spending several years in the German Landesliga, and the UPSL Premier and D1 in AZ. I have been lifting for the past 13 years for strength and explosivity. For soccer, I specifically teach Forwards, focusing on striking, off the ball runs, and technical mastery with the ball at their feet.
