Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionThe first session is focused on evaluating the player. I assess their technical ability, movement, coordination, and overall comfort on the ball.
Training Session 2-3In the second and third sessions, we begin building fundamentals based on the player’s needs. This includes ball control, passing technique, first touch, and basic movement patterns.
Training Session 4-10From sessions four through ten, training becomes more structured and game-focused. Players work on improving technique under pressure, decision-making, and overall game awareness.
Training Session 11+We incorporate more realistic scenarios, speed and agility work, and position-based development to help players perform confidently in real matches. The focus is on consistent improvement and long-term development.
What you need to bringPlayers should bring soccer cleats, water, and a positive attitude.
What I can bringI provide all training equipment needed for sessions, including soccer balls, cones, agility ladders, speed hurdles, and training markers. I also bring small goals when needed for finishing and game-related drills.
