Beginner training plan
Your first trainingFirst I evaluate what your basic knowledge and skill level is. We’ll do a series of introductory drills including dribbling, passing and striking.
Training 2-3Now that I’m familiar with your skill level, we will start to focus on developing your technical skills utilizing different surfaces!
Training 4-10By this time, I’ve developed a tailored training plan based on your specific goal. Each training with focus on your 2-3 growth areas.
Training 11+Your technical skills have progressed. We will now transition to developing your game understanding/decision making in game like scenarios.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingFirst lesson I identify 2-3 growth areas such as your first touch or vision. We then build a tailored training plan based on your specific player position needs
Training 2-3We continue executing your tailored training plan and start the framework of developing your game understanding aka your soccer IQ.
Training 4-10Now that we’re comfortable and are familiar with the structure of our sessions, we start to amp up the intensity and difficulty level of what we’re drilling on.
