To prepare for your tennis lesson, ensure you are well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day and eat a light meal or snack about an hour before. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper tennis shoes, and check that your racket is in good condition. Pack essentials such as a water bottle, towel, and any personal items like a hat or sunscreen. Do some light stretching or a brisk walk to start warming up your muscles before arriving at the court. Something else I like to suggest is to mentally review any notes from previous lessons and set specific goals for the session to maximize your training.

If that beginner, you don’t need to bring any racket. I have one to provide for you, but if you have your own racket, it’s good to bring water bottle sunblock and a I will really want to learn something new

Lessons are adapted when working with kids for a stress free and supportive environment while also making the game very enjoyable for them to learn. I strongly believe to teach a student effectively, they will have to learn to love the sport. We will create that environment while also building a very strong foundation for the kids to grow upon and build basic/advanced tennis concepts into their game.
