We will work on basic hand eye coordination drills, groundstroke overviews and footwork. I will analyze the students current tennis abilities and begin teaching basic concepts to fit your style, laying the foundation in which we will build upon in future lessons.
In further lessons, we will focus on refining the players tennis abilities such as groundstrokes, serve, volley, net game, and point play. We will work on sculpting the player ironing out any imperfections within their game. We will also use the foundation built in the previous lessons to build upon, and level up the player fast through a more intensive and advanced training protocol.
In lessons 4-10, we will cover a diverse and broad range of more advanced tennis concepts such as serve, volley, drop shots, and effective singles and doubles patterns. We will work on directional control over groundstrokes as well as dive into understanding the nuances of point play. By lesson 10, you will have an extremely strong grasp of tennis concepts and have a solid foundation built. Student will understand the intricacies of tennis point play as well as be incredibly educated on the rules and styles tennis follows. Lesson 10 usually marks the end of a students basic training, and the graduation into a more advanced training regimens.
We will begin building the students groundstrokes (Forehand and Backhand) We will practice and refine these swings in lessons 2 and 3 to really nail and understand what it takes to produce an effective baseline shot. We will also begin to incorporate topspin and slices into your game effectively improving students baseline competency.
