With two decades of baseball experience under my belt, I blend time-tested techniques with innovative approaches. My passion lies in helping players of all levels unlock their full potential and foster a lifelong love for the game. I provide fun and approachable training while maintaining high professional standards. With honors of all-state in high school, all-conference catcher/infielder in college, and several professional baseball invites and offers, including the Savannah Bananas, I bring a skillset of experiences at all levels! My main goal is to share my love for the game with the next generation of superstar athletes!

I’ve been involved with the game of tennis for 21 years now. I was as a top national junior player in singles and doubles. After a professional playing career was cut short by injury, I turned my attention to helping others improve and find a love for the game! Growing up in Canada, I competed in tennis throughout my childhood and won the Canadian nationals at age 13! I consistently ranked within the top three in Canada throughout my junior years, which led to a full scholarship to play Division 1 NCAA tennis at the University of Virginia. I competed all four years alongside my identical twin sister – what an experience! After graduating, I realized my passion for tennis and fitness, and now I have over 15 years of experience coaching. I love connecting with, motivating, and helping both juniors and adults achieve their tennis goals. I'm also passing on my love for the game to my two daughters, ages 10 and 13, who are both nationally ranked! They've progressed through red, orange, and green ball and are currently competing in junior USTA tournaments here in Texas.
