One of the goals I have for, especially my older son, alongside the development of his overall skills is, mentoring and guiding him to learn to stand out in a good way for his interactions with coaches and asst coaches. I need him to know how to present as polite, eager, and coachable. [Michael] embodies those qualities and hopefully they turn out just like him in that regard.”

We appreciate that you validate him taking breaks and appreciates the fact that you make genuine efforts to check on him and his life often.
