I’ve been playing drums since fourth grade. I took private lessons and then played in my high school stage band and marching band. Soon after graduating high school, I began playing drums professionally, and soon after I started teaching drum lessons. Although I have national and European touring credits, I have become more of a teacher than a player after getting married, and raising a family I teach all levels and all styles. I have taught countless beginners, but also very many professional and famous drummers. I am the regional winner and national competitor in the 1997 Guitar Center drum-off. I also play guitar bass and keyboards and was a drum instructor and band coach for the kids and adult programs at school of rock in Rockwall and also the North Dallas location.
