Your first lessonI expect the student to learn the basics, develop confidence with the ball, and understand the importance of attitude, discipline, and enjoyment in the game.
Lesson 11+I expect the student to demonstrate consistent skill development, increased stamina, and the ability to apply techniques in small games, while showing leadership, discipline, and a love for the sport.
Lesson 4-10I expect noticeable progress in ball control, passing, and positioning, as well as growing confidence, teamwork, and tactical understanding of the game.
Lesson 2-3I expect the student to show improvement in basic skills, coordination, and understanding of simple drills, while maintaining focus and commitment.
Advanced training plan
Your first lesson • Warm-up: Light jogging & dynamic stretches (5 min)
• Ball familiarization: Dribbling & basic control (10 min)
• Passing basics: Short passes with partner (10 min)
• Fun small game: 3v3 or 4v4 (10 min)
• Cool-down & reflection (5 min)
Lesson 11+ • Warm-up: Advanced agility & sprint exercises (5 min)
• Technical drills: Shooting accuracy, ball control under pressure (15 min)
• Tactical practice: Formations, attack & defense scenarios (15 min)
• Full game / scrimmage applying all skills (20 min)
• Cool-down & review, focus on leadership & teamwork (5 min)
