I'm an avid student of the game, having studied under several club pros for many years. With beginning Golfers, I start with the basics, like grip alignment, posture, and stance. From there we build to the full swing. For the intermediate and more advanced golfer, I like to cover the basics and then move into the full swing, including the takeaway, back turn, shoulder rotation, hip rotation, downswing, proper ball contact, and follow-through—pronation and supination of the wrists. For children, the important thing is to make it fun. I will also work with you on chipping pitching, sand shots, and putting—lastly course management and golf etiquette. I like using videotape where appropriate.
