How it works

Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWe will work on learning the basics for forehands, backhands, volleys and serves.

Lesson 11+ We will play tiebreakers, matches and keep longer rallies. We will learn about match making decisions.

Lesson 4-10We will work on control and shot placement as well as different shot selection.

Lesson 2-3We will work on form, consistency and movement drills.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonPractice forehand, backhand, serve and volleys.

Lesson 11+Play tiebreakers and sets. Learn about where to place certain shots when playing a match.

Lesson 4-10Work on quick footwork and reaction drills. Work on hitting balls with depth, spin and control.

Lesson 2-3Use training cones to work on shot placement.

I have played tennis since high school, coached by experienced mentors, and competed in tournaments for the past three years. As a current Division 3 tennis player at Farmingdale State College, which recently won the Skyline conference and made the first round at Nationals, I am passionate about teaching new players and helping them develop their skills to become their best.
