During our first lesson, we will focus on learning the fundamentals of tennis, including forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves. We’ll work on proper technique, footwork, and racket positioning to build a strong foundation and help you develop confidence on the court.
During Lessons 2–3, we will continue refining your forehand, backhand, volley and serve technique while introducing movement and consistency drills. We will focus on improving ball control, footwork, court positioning, and rallying skills to help you become more comfortable and confident during points. By the end of these lessons, you should be able to sustain longer rallies and execute strokes with greater consistency.
During Lessons 4–10, we will build upon the fundamentals by developing consistency, accuracy, and match-play skills. Training will include advanced stroke development, serve and return practice, movement and footwork drills, point construction and basic singles and doubles strategies. Lessons will be tailored to your progress and goals, with an emphasis on improving confidence, decision-making, and overall performance during competitive play.
Beginning with Lesson 11, training will be fully customized to your individual goals and skill level. We will focus on advanced stroke development, tactical strategies, match analysis, mental toughness and competitive play. Lessons may include situational drills, point construction, specialty shots, fitness and movement training and detailed feedback to help you continue improving and reach your tennis goals as efficiently as possible.
During the first lesson, we will evaluate your current skill level, playing style, and goals. We will assess your forehand, backhand, volleys, serves, returns, footwork and overall court movement to identify strengths and areas for improvement. This session will establish a personalized training plan designed to help you reach your competitive objectives.
During Lessons 2–3, we will begin implementing your personalized development plan by refining stroke mechanics, improving consistency and enhancing movement efficiency. Training will focus on shot quality, serve and return performance, point construction and decision making under pressure through advanced drills and competitive situations.
Lessons will emphasize advanced tactics, point construction, aggressive and defensive patterns, serve-plus-one and return-plus-one strategies, net play and transition tennis. Drills will be designed to improve consistency under pressure, court positioning, movement efficiency, and decision-making during competitive points.
Training will be fully customized to your competitive goals. Sessions may include match analysis, strategic game planning, mental performance training, advanced shot development, situational point play and tournament preparation. The focus will be on maximizing performance, addressing specific weaknesses, and helping you compete successfully at a higher level.
