As a saxophonist, flutist, composer, and educator, I’ve developed my teaching practice through years of work in university settings, music schools, and private studios. I’ve taught at SUNY Stony Brook, NYU, the New York Musicians Center, and Codarts University, working with students across a wide range of ages, levels, and musical backgrounds. I aim to give students a strong technical foundation while also helping them build confidence, curiosity, and their own artistic voice.

For over 15 years, the soulful melodies of the saxophone have been my musical voice. My journey began at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where I delved into Jazz Studies, honing my skills and deepening my understanding of this captivating genre. In addition to playing, I have dedicated 5 years to private teaching, sharing my passion and knowledge with eager learners. Through the years, I've had the privilege to play and arrange music for an array of incredible artists including Becca Stevens, Alexa Tarentino, Camille Thurman, The Four Tops, and Reliably Bad. My saxophone has resonated in harmony with various orchestras, leaving a musical imprint wherever I go. Music isn't just a part of me; it's a journey that I continue to embrace, enriching lives with the beautiful strains of the saxophone.
