My journey began as a college football player for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 2016 to 2021, where I had the honor of serving as team captain for two years. During my playing career, I earned Honorable Mention All-American in 2021, First Team All-Conference (PFF) in 2021, and Second Team All-Conference in 2019 and 2020. From 2023 to 2024, I returned to UNLV as a graduate assistant, coaching the Defensive Line. During my tenure, I was part of a historic period for UNLV football, contributing to the team's first bowl game appearance since 2012 and back-to-back conference championship games. I helped our defense rank in the top ten nationally for rush defense and top five for turnovers forced.

Quit playing for a bit honestly, when I went to college. Then I graduated from Texas tech, moved to Vegas, and with all the beautiful scenery and desert landscape, how could I not pick up this long lost childhood hobby again? So I picked up my racket again and started hitting. Kept hitting and fell in love with the sport once again, and now recreationally compete in intramural leagues here in the Vegas area!
