Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI like to get a feel of where my students are at, so starting with rondos or just simple triangle-formation passing between the students and me.
Training 2-3On the second lesson I like to focus in on ball control and maneuverability. Seeing what things players can improve on their ball control.
Training 4-10From here I like to make sure that the players are building chemistry with each other and getting to learn good positioning from one another as well as learning how to pass the ball effectively throughout the pitch.
Training 11+Attacking plays and shooting will be the main focus as the players start to hone in on all the prior skills and put it together to start making plays with any team they decide to join!
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingFor advanced lessons, I will be teaching elements of play from big soccer clubs such as FC Barcelona, honing in on tiki taka play style and positioning. Making aware of different tactics of play for my students.
Training 2-3As we progress through the lessons, balance on the ball and dribbling techniques will be a crucial part of the regime, while also preparing my students for faster style of play. Including tiki taka as mentioned before.
Training 4-10Quick through-passing techniques and diagonal passes will be introduced to my students, using a rebounder and cones to replicate movement of play in a real-life game.
Training 11+Using the lessons and techniques that were learned before, my students will start novice attacking plays as each student plays 1v1 or 2v2, trying to score goals with their teammate, practicing both defensive and offensive plays.
