Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFocus is on building the correct foundation. We introduce proper grip (forehand/backhand), ready position, and basic swing technique. Players will start with simple coordination drills, hand-eye control, and controlled hitting. The goal is not power, but learning correct technique from the beginning to prevent bad habits.
Lesson 11+Focus shifts to improving consistency, control, and early match play situations while continuing to refine technique. Players learn point construction, movement efficiency, and shot selection. Technique remains the priority, ensuring long-term development and injury prevention while building confidence on the court.
Lesson 4-10At this stage, players develop consistency and start combining movement with strokes. We refine technical details such as spacing, timing, and body positioning. Introduction to serve basics and directional control. Players begin rallying longer while maintaining correct technique under pressure.
Lesson 2-3We continue reinforcing fundamentals with strong emphasis on footwork and stroke mechanics. Players begin rallying with guidance while focusing on clean contact, balance, and consistency. Introduction to forehand and backhand technique under movement. Repetition is key to building confidence and proper form.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is a high-level evaluation focused on technique, movement efficiency, and shot quality under pressure. I assess stroke mechanics, footwork patterns, recovery, and decision-making during live ball situations. From there, I identify key areas for refinement and build a personalized plan. The focus is on optimizing technique, increasing consistency at pace, and improving overall performance.
