“I really appreciated Dora’s helpful tips and relaxed approach during the lesson. The encouraging atmosphere made it easy to learn and stay motivated. If you’re thinking about improving your tennis skills, I definitely recommend giving her lessons a try!”Rachel G., student

About DoraGrowing up in Canada, I competed in tennis throughout my childhood and won the Canadian nationals at age 13! I consistently ranked within the top three in Canada throughout my junior years, which led to a full scholarship to play Division 1 NCAA tennis at the University of Virginia. I competed all four years alongside my identical twin sister – what an experience! After graduating, I realized my passion for tennis and fitness, and now I have over 15 years of experience coaching. I love connecting with, motivating, and helping both juniors and adults achieve their tennis goals. I'm also passing on my love for the game to my two daughters, ages 10 and 13, who are both nationally ranked! They've progressed through red, orange, and green ball and are currently competing in junior USTA tournaments here in Texas. We live in East Dallas, and I can't wait to help you with your tennis game!Go to profile

I'm happy with how the lesson went. I really liked working on my forehands and other things especially since Michal made it quite approachable. Though, I think focusing more on backhands and volleys next time could help round out my game. Still, the lesson had some good insights, and I feel more confident about my forehands. Along with some other adjustments I can make. Overall, it was a great first lesson.

The lesson was quite straightforward, with good feedback and a pace that felt natural, though I think keeping up that rhythm is probably the main thing to focus on. Michal's approach seems really measured but effective, and I appreciated the clarity of the advice. If anything, just keeping it consistent would be great, it was a great way to start my day and I’m excited for my next session.
