Beginner training plan
Your first trainingThe first lesson gives me a road map to what needs the most attention. This is an evaluation to make sure we are a good fit.
Training 2-3Will be heavily geared toward teaching at the level the student is at, while making strides to expand the student base basketball IQ and skill set.
Training 4-10I will know what is best for each individual student on a week to week bases. All students are unique and need to be developed differently.
Training 11+Same as above
What you need to bringProper workout gear, gym shoes, loose fitting clothes. Also 1 basketball (optional).
