Started playing soccer competitive at 10 years old for Grove United FC in Illinois. Played with the club for approximately 6 years right before I went to high school in 2010. I switched clubs to play for Jean-Pierre Tokoto, who played for Cameroon at the World Cup in the 80’s, at FC Tokoto until 2014. In high school at Adlai E. Stevenson, I captained the sophomore boys soccer team to an undefeated seasons and went to play for varsity at the beginning of my junior to senior year. I played collegiate soccer at Elmhurst University for 4 years and travelled with the soccer team to France and Spain to play second tier academy teams. Through rigorous training from ID camps, travel soccer, training with semi-pros, and physical fitness, I increased my knowledge and fundamental skills to help the teams I played for reach for many finals, championships, and bragging rights over rivals. “Futbol/soccer is the beautiful game”- Pèle.
"Kanal is an exceptional coach and we feel very blessed to have found him for our 6 year old son. Major highlights include that for sessions, he comes to fields right near our house which is so convenient. He is a great motivator for our son who says “Coach gets me to hustle hard” and the drills he provides are helping our son grow technically but also build his confidence which is priceless. He has great banter to encourage our son and is very friendly. He is also always communicative and quick to respond which is a plus. Overall, we highly recommend him!
Hello. I am a current High School head coach for the last 8 years and a personal trainer for over a decade. I’ve also coached several club soccer teams. I work with Blazepods to get the most out of our training sessions. They are fun to use and get my athletes engaged. I have all necessary equipment and balls for all age groups. Transforming raw talent into confident players is my passion. With 40 years of experience, I've honed my coaching to not only build skills, but also foster a deep love for the beautiful game. Let's work together to unlock your potential on the pitch! I can meet at most west valley park locations. I like Alamar Park in Avondale and Veramonte Park in Surprise for the space and goals.
"Our two boys were looking to raise their skill level and Coach Roger helped with that by making our sessions fun and challenging. Their training time was maximized with tons of touches on the ball. They were given homework and did it all which gave them goals to work toward during the summer. Our oldest son even made a club soccer team for the first time after training with Coach Roger. Before we began training with Roger our younger son had difficulty putting the ball in the net even though he had a lot of chances. Coach Roger helped him with mental aspects of the game and he was able to start scoring goals. We would definitely recommend Coach Roger to anyone looking to improve their soccer game.

"Great first session—coach was energetic, patient, and really connected well with the kids. Made the class fun while teaching basic skills clearly. My 7-year-old felt comfortable, engaged, and is excited to come back!
I was a professional player in Mexico, and I played for Atlante, Chivas, Pumas, and Necaxa. I played important tournaments like Copa Chivas, Torneo de Barrios, Torneo de Talentos, and Copa Mexico-Telmex. I'm a soccer coach in club and school programs. I work with kids and teenagers because I love the passion and enthusiasm that they show when they play the game.
"My son really enjoyed his first lesson and seemed quite motivated throughout. Felt comfortable with Luis and responded well to the coaching approach, which was encouraging. The lesson highlighted some good interaction and focus on basics. Still, I’m hopeful future lessons might include more varied drills to keep motivation high. Anyway, I think it’s worth trying Luis if you’re looking for structured soccer guidance.
Hi! I'm a passionate soccer coach with over 16 years of playing experience and 3 years of coaching experience. I've been in love with "the beautiful game" since I was 5 years old, and that passion still fuels me today. I currently coach at CCV and continue to play in competitive 11v11 recreational league in Tempe. My goal is simple: to help you become a better player technically, mentally, and physically. I believe in developing well-rounded players and building confidence both on and off the field. I’m fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and coach players from diverse backgrounds. Outside of coaching, I bring strong leadership and professional skills to the table. I recently graduated early from Grand Canyon University, earned my DASM certification, and have a proven track record of being hardworking, reliable, and driven by results. Let’s work together to take your game to the next level!
"My son Carlos was part of the Poway Vaqueros Competitive Team where coach Ryan was an assistant coach. His coaching was professional, he was both strict and funny at times. I felt like all the kids loved him. I definitely saw my son Carlos grow as a better person on the field. When Ryan left my son was very sad that he wasn’t on the coaching staff and so was I. I am happy he reached out to me, to see how we are doing. I am honored to leave him this review.
16+ years of playing experience at club, high school, and collegiate level, and 3 years of coaching experience. I want players to feel confident in their technical abilities as well as the role they will play during game time. My experience as a player includes all positions (except goalkeeper). If you book with me, I hope for you to experience a high-quality session that will leave you a better soccer player. Let’s get started!
"Allen was excellent. I took my 11 year old and provided Allen with some notes and he did a good evaluation. He comes planned and takes time to setup the field well for the different drills. The drills are a good repetition of what the player can take it to their game. My son has enjoyed his time training with Allen.
U.S. Soccer D Licensed coach at RSL-AZ and Kansas Wesleyan University graduate with semi-professional and professional playing experience. I offer private and small group training focused on technical skills, game awareness, and building confident players through structured, game-real sessions.
"Luis is a fantastic coach. We've enjoyed watching our two boys go through challenging footwork and agility drills, but Luis keeps it positive and meets the kids where they're at developmentally. Highly recommend Luis to work with club soccer kids at all ages and levels. Our boys are getting better and having fun!
I’ve played soccer for twenty years. I played college ball at Ottawa for five years, receiving all conference accolades. I now coach at Next Level, and do private lessons on the side. I also currently play for the WUPSL team at Next Level too.
I grew up playing premier club in Seattle, WA. After my career was cut short by an injury, I began my coaching career. I have been an evaluator and coach for AZ ODP since 2024. Im also certified in Barça methodology. I specialize in helping players ages 8-18 develop game understanding over memorized patterns because the best players can read the game before the opponent can create it. Through film review, live-feedback, and leaving with homework, you learn the “why” behind every decision on the pitch!
"Careena is incredible to work with! She trained with my daughter after a couple seasons of rec soccer to help her grow her confidence on the field. Right away, we could see an improvement! Plus, my daughter adored Careena and respected her so much that she really absorbed every bit of advice she was given. Today, my daughter is in her first season of club soccer because she truly fell in love with the game, and I know we have Careena to thank for that!
With 25 years devoted to soccer, I help players unlock their full potential. I offer expert guidance and personalized training. I bring a unique blend of fun and discipline to the field. I love building relationships with my parents to help to maximize growth and potential!
"We truly love the coaching style that Tim has! My son has learned so much about organization and spacing on the field. I would have to say his best attribute is his positive coaching style and he is very motivating!
I have coached for Avanza Sports, in partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation for 3 years now. I have travelled all around the United States and coached thousands of players, ages 6-17. I have also had the unique opportunity to unofficially coach a women's college soccer team, during one of my summers coaching in Washington State, increasing my versatility even more. I have played in Spain, and now work under the Spanish philosophy of playing and coaching, embodying the Real Madrid way.
For two decades, I've cultivated soccer skills in players of all levels. My coaching blends proven techniques with personalized guidance, fostering both technical expertise and a love for the game. Let's elevate your performance together.
