When I played for the University of New Hampshire, I was a Defensive Tackle with a record-setting college career that earned me a spot at the NFL Combine. Passionate about mentoring athletes, developing peak performance, and translating elite on-field techniques to practical, actionable coaching.

My name is Taylor Smith and I have over 10 years of playing experience from junior high to college. I was the head varsity soccer coach where I took my high school to the first ever regional championship game is school history, along with 3 district championships. I worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the college level, as well as, 4 years at the high school. For over a quarter-century, I've cultivated a love for football in athletes of all levels, from playing at the Univ of Iowa and Univ of Akron to playing with the Jacksonville Jaguars to the CFL and becoming an Arena Football champion.
