Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.

Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1st lesson is designed to evaluate the athlete to see what he/she can or cannot do . Our goal is to create sessions that improve their weaknesses and reinforce their strengths.
Lesson 11+Continue to challenge. There is always something to improve regardless of the skill level of the athlete
Lesson 4-10We will continue to challenge athlete with more advanced drills
Lesson 2-3Based on the goal at hand , we want to lay down foundational skills that will stick with the athlete for life .

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel
within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the
number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make
these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
