Your first lessonFirst lesson I like to get to know my athlete and start light drills to see where my athlete is at
Lesson 11+During these lessons my athlete will be confident and ready to learn more and continue to grow
Lesson 4-10During these lessons we are deep in and I start to see growth and consistency so I like to work on a more all around training session
Lesson 2-3During these lessons I know what I need to work on with my athlete and I implement drills based on my athletes weaknesses
