Youth players
Working with kidsTake it slow and make it fun.
Working with teenagersGive them the "Why" during the drills. Help them understand the situation they would see or apply the movement that they are practicing.
What you need to bringWinning attitude, hard work ethic, water , cleats, and a towel.
