I played my high school ball at O'Dea, where I was named Metro League Pitcher of the Year and set the school record for the lowest ERA in a single season. After a major injury, I had to work my way back to play five successful seasons at the University of Portland. That experience taught me everything I know about mechanics, recovery, and staying positive when the game gets tough.
