Honestly, I found the lesson quite helpful, especially learning to do a spin serve and volley hand coordination which was pretty useful for my game. Though, I think adding more trick serves and ways to protect my body shots could really make a difference. Still, Baines' approach is quite steady, and I appreciate the detailed feedback. It’s given me some new tools to practice, and I’m hopeful about improving further. If you’re looking to refine specific skills, it might be worth giving Baines a try.
