Proud to hail from Cincinnati, I found my calling in the world of golf early on, starting in middle school and eventually earning my stripes through the Professional Golf Management Program at Mississippi State University. With over eight years in the PGA under my belt, my passion is bringing people to the game of golf and helping them find joy in playing. Along with being a PGA member, I have had the opportunity to coach on the high school varsity level. Benton played #1 singles and #1 doubles at Division 1 Centerville High School in Centerville, OH, and earned a tennis scholarship at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. With 26 years of teaching experience, Benton has instructed at numerous clubs and resorts across the country and is a full-time teaching pro at a local year-round club. He has coached juniors from beginners to junior tournament rankings. As well as Division 1 singles state qualifiers in the Dayton/Cincinnati areas. Holds a B.S. degree in education and enjoys teaching players of all ages and skill levels.
