Beginner training plan

Your first lessonHitting the ball in the sweet spot. In the paddle, in front of you, and where you want the ball to go. Know your paddle and where you need to strike the ball. Getting yourself in position to succeed.

Lesson 11+Playing skinny singles. Cut throat. Learning the rally scoring system. Target practice.

Lesson 4-10Drills to enforce the principles of lessons 1-3

Lesson 2-3Serve and stay. Return and run. Get to NVZ . Execute the third shot.

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonServe and third shot selection. 3 options for each.

Lesson 11+Competitive drills to enhance all the skills needed to be your best.

Lesson 4-10Moving opponents around. Setting up future shots. Drives down the line, middle, and cross court. Blocking hard drives. Resets from the baseline up to NVZ

Lesson 2-3Building on lesson one. Serve and stay, return and run. Targets on the court. Grip pressure and paddle placement.
