Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTo start with a first lesson, I focus on hand-eye coordination drills that will prepare a player to develop the skills necessary to swing the racket with confidence!
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will involve progressing toward ball movement and target training, as well as strategical play.
Lesson 4-10The fourth through tenth lessons will focus on consistency, and gaining more confidence in rallies.
Lesson 2-3Second and third lessons involve progression through developing a proper swing technique and focus on ball control.
Youth players
Working with kidsI make learning a new sport fun! I specialize in teaching kids, so I have developed many games and drills that target different age groups and stages of development.
Working with teenagersI work with teens to facilitate their independence when learning a new sport, while guiding them through the challenges and helping them to feel confident.
