With over 25 years of basketball playing experience, I've helped players of all ages and skill levels unlock their full potential on the court. I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness. I focus on good diet, recovery, consistency, and fundamentals with all of my basketball training clients. I train first in fundamentals, then move on to simulate in-game situations, and finally scrimmages or pickup games.
