The past 16 years I've been training athletes and fitness enthusiasts I used to be a professional tennis player, and the discipline, focus, and skills I developed during my tennis career have greatly influenced my approach to training. I've grown up playing tennis since age 4, climbed up to a top 50 player in texas U16, reached a 10 UTR and played line 1 for my Varsity HS team. Went to Ucla and began coaching over 15 kids. I coached kids of all skill levels, but my style of coaching mainly benefits kids who are looking to hit a lot of balls and play points/sets. Obviously I tailor my coaching to all skill levels, but those looking for more intense hitting will benefit more.
