While in High School, he joined the Gestures Dance Company under the direction of Nina Klyvert-Lawson, He worked with many renowned choreographers such as Darrell Moultrie and Amy Hall, (both graduates of Julliard) and Damazi Williams. At Hofstra, Williams had the opportunity to perform works of Sean Curran, Amy Marshall, Frederick Earl Mosley, and Stormy Brandenberger, among others. Upon graduating Hofstra University Williams joined the Amy Marshall Dance Company. He also started teaching as a Dance Educator at LION Charter School in the Bronx NY. Williams is the director of the Liturgical Dance Ministry in his church.
