With over 17 years of experience in football and high-performance training, I help athletes and professionals maximize their physical and mental potential. I competed at the collegiate level and went on to play professional football in the NFL and CFL, gaining firsthand experience in elite, high-pressure environments. Today, I work as a performance expert focused on strength, conditioning, movement efficiency, and accountability. My coaching blends proven training systems, discipline, and individualized programming to help clients build strength, confidence, and long-term results—whether they’re athletes or high performers looking to level up.

I played quarterback. Placekicker and punter Played at the collegiate level. I coached playoff teams in varsity high school in both Texas and Florida. I teach fundamentals and discipline.

For over 10 years, I have worked in education and youth development, sering in classroom settings while also leading after-school programs through the YMCA and Boys Girls Clubs.

Started playing at the age of 4, I've spent over 20 years competing and coaching the of tennis. Some of my experience includes coaching and training at IMG Academy where i got an opportunity to spend time with many touring professionals as well as many hours learning about the game from Nick Bollettieri himself. I coach players of every level - from complete beginners to advanced competitors. My philosophy is movement based so technique, coordination and footwork are the fundamental principles.

13 years of baseball playing experience as well as 3 years of coaching and 3 years of umpiring! I’ll help you with mechanics, give you tips to be better on the field, and be stronger mentally to be the best athlete you can be!

I have a BA degree from San Diego State University in Recreation Administration(Leisure Emphasis. I learned a lot of coaching/Instruction from my two years as a starting center fielder from NCAA D1 Hall of Famer Jim Dietz. With my experience and attitude I know I can be a positive impact on alot of kids success.
