I’m Michael Byrd, Jr. I have over 20 years of experience as an athlete beginning as a youth athlete. I have played Division 1 college football and I hold two degrees from Texas Christian University and Valparaiso University. I have also played professional football at the arena/indoor level and professionally in Brazil. I have played Wide Receiver/ Cornerback/ Running Back/ Safety/Kick Return/Punt Return throughout the course of my career.

Let's work together to improve your game. Lessons are mainly focused on teaching one-on-one to maximize the attention and full focus on developing the students golfing skills. However, if requested, lessons can be altered to add an additional student upon request.

I cover all subjects from Kindergarten through 6th grade.

Over the years, I have developed a reputation for helping athletes discover what they are capable of achieving. I don’t just coach times and distances, I coach the person behind the performance. Every athlete who trains with me is given a clear pathway for improvement, individual attention, and the tools needed to become stronger, faster, and more confident. My training environment is built on accountability, energy, and belief. Athletes learn how to compete, overcome challenges, and develop the mindset needed to succeed on and off the track. Whether an athlete is trying to make their school team, earn a scholarship, reach the next level, or simply become a better version of themselves, my mission is to help them unlock their potential. I take pride in creating a culture where athletes feel valued, motivated, and excited to train. The goal is not only to produce better athletes, but to create young people who understand the value of hard work, consistency, and believing in their own ability.

I have learned how to apply the basics of baseball through coaches and going to and helping numerous clinics run by Barry Butera, Helped coach a travel baseball team from 2015 to 2020 with Coach Eric Soublet he is the head coach of Warren Easton High school Now. My experience is in hitting learned from Barry Butera who was in the Boston Redsox organization.The first lesson would start with watching the person swing using a tee. Explain balance of the body . Torque of the hips . Etc

Fueled by a lifelong love of football, I bring purposeful, evidence-informed coaching to every session. I have taught football for 10 years, combining tactical insight, technical skill development for linebackers/defensive lineman, and performance planning to build confident, strategic players. I am professional, dedicated, and approachable.

I blend strategic precision with spirited play to develop confident, skilled volleyball players. With 8 years teaching competitive and recreational volleyball, I focus on fundamentals, tactical awareness, and positive development to help athletes reach their goals while enjoying the sport. I work with all ages from the young ones to high school athletes. Our first lesson we will get to know each other and I will assess your current skill so I can make a plan for the path forward!
