Beginner training plan
Your first trainingMy main focus is to start from the beginning. Seeing where the players skill and capabilities are at and working to correct any problems or issues with their fundamentals. Gauging their skill set gives me a better understanding of what needs to be worked on or needs improvement.
Training 2-3Adding on from the first session. Advancing from the fundamentals and getting into more technical areas once the basics are solid and they are able to adapt those fundamentals into more advanced concepts.
Training 4-10At this point I expect the technique to be solid and will be looking for skills that are more advanced to start feeling routine and second nature to the player. Repetition until we get as close to perfection as possible and being comfortable and confident with our skills .
Training 11+Everything that we have gone through and have learned being implemented as naturally as possible. Training sessions being conducted being smooth and easy as our skills become second nature . Players are confident with their skill and are ready and eager to implement them on game day. And those skills translating seamlessly to their in game performance.
