I am also a PTR Certified Tennis Professional. I started competing in 1981 in North Carolina and achieved a #1 state ranking in men’s 4.0 doubles and mixed doubles in the late 90’s. I’ve played on several ALTA (Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association) city finals winner and runner up teams throughout the 90s at the high A & AA levels and have won tournaments in Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. My coaching philosophy is simple: Learning and fun are not mutually exclusive! I have coached city finals winners at all levels (AA, A, B, C) and was twice voted GPTA independent pro of the year. I am currently coaching 8 ALTA teams in the area locally.
