Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson I cover the basics; how to hold the paddle, what kind of movement you should be doing, and finally decision making!
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will be all about game strategy, when to do what, why you are doing it, and most importantly how you can succeed from the correct positioning.
Lesson 4-10By the time we get here I am solely working on specific shots for most of the duration of practice. Really want to make sure that you know how to hit drives, drops, resets, and dinking with purpose.
Lesson 2-3I am still getting a grasp of what is going on with your game, seeing your most common bad habits and trying to show you other ways to do it.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringJust bring yourself, unless you have you own paddle… And a positive attitude ready to learn!
What I can bringI bring 100 balls minimum, I also have plenty of extra paddles, and cones for foot work drills!

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
