Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFundamentals and learning all the strokes well having fun getting to know the game. we'll learn the basics of tennis, including understanding the rules, scoring, and essential equipment. We'll also cover fundamental skills such as grip, stance, and basic strokes to get you started with confidence.

Lesson 11+Finally we'll apply your skills in real-game scenarios with guided practice sessions, focusing on point construction and match play. We'll introduce you to advanced techniques like topspin, slice, and Perfecting shots and different strokes, (serve, slice overhead and top spin). Developing a well rounded game and creating good shots and habits.

About your tennis coach

I’ve been playing sports like soccer and tennis since I was very young had a career as a professional soccer player and always kept playing tennis. Both sport requires good footwork and preparation and then I would love to share my knowledge with new and experienced tennis players. I coached tennis in Israel, Australia, and in the US (Florida and Atlanta at the athletic club northeast)
