My passion for soccer goes beyond the pitch. I've spent the last 11 playing competitively and fostering a love for the game! I have played competitive soccer for about 8 years in Doral and understand the fundamentals that are needed to make to the next level.

"Gian-carlo's lesson really helped me focus on reaching my son's goals, which was the main highlight. Honestly, though, I guess the same thing as today is what I’d like to see improve, maybe some variety in drills. But still, I think it’s a solid approach and I’d consider trying another lesson with him.

Soccer coach. My specialisation is Pro Defender Training. Built for Real Matches. I’m a former professional footballer (15 years) and a defense-focused coach with 5 years coaching U10–U16. I don’t run random drills. I build defenders who control space, win duels, and make the right decision before the opponent even turns. What makes my coaching different Defense specialization: 1v1, positioning, timing, pressing triggers, cover/shadow, line management Decision speed: scanning, body shape, first touch under pressure, 1–2 touch solutions Match realism: every exercise has a game problem and a clear reason Structure: goal → plan → measurable checkpoints, not “just train harder” What we work on (choose your priority) Winning 1v1 without fouls: angle, distance, tackle timing, shoulder control Positioning that saves legs: where to stand, when to step, when to delay Playing out from the back: first touch, passing lanes, pressure exits Pressing & recovery: triggers, sprint patterns, tracking runners Confidence under pressure: calm decisions, not panic clears How a session runs Quick assessment and objective Targeted drills with immediate corrections Game-speed reps + situational play Short action plan for the week Languages English / Ukrainian / Russian If you want training that makes you harder to beat next match—not just tired—book a session.Let's elevate your game!
