Working with kidsStarting with the basics of soccer and helping them think for themselves. Create a foundation of simple passing and recieving. Shot placement. Dribbling inside and outside of foot. One on one shielding.
Working with teenagersGiving them cardio based basics to improve endurance
Teaching them to process the game and ask them questions on why or how a certain situation occurred. Counter attack and defense. One on one training
